Art Escrow Services and its team has more than 20 years experience buying, selling and securing asset for his clients.  In that time, AES has developed and employs a very strict and proprietary ‘CLEAR Assurance Process’ (CAP) of buying and selling assets and fine art for and on behalf of his clients, described in brief as follows:

Complete Paperwork Protection (Ensures that all closing paperwork, including representations, are signed/made in respect of the asset being acquired).

 Ledger Funds Receipts (A13MG provides a ledger funds receipt upon receipt of funds as well as a separate ledger funds receipt when funds ‘clear’ banking protocol).

Escrow Warehouse Services (Ensures asset viewings and inspections are private and confidential within the acquisition process).

 Assurance Delivery (Ensures that the asset can move and be safely transported to acquisition place of preference upon closing of transaction).

 Reconciliation Statement (A13MG provides a statement showing funds received and expended in relation to the asset sale/purchase, including intermediaries, commissions and fees paid in closing the transaction).
